Driven by a passion for real estate Crel Vogel created Cosmopolitan Properties, LLC in 2007 to assist Developers before and during project conception, impressing the importance of keeping sales goals in the forefront as the product is designed and built. Crel has worked on the development, marketing and sales sides of the business bringing an unequaled skill set enabling Developers to be more successful. For over 10 years Crel has been guiding Developers with market knowledge earned on the most cutting edge communities in the Phoenix Metro Area.

The second component of Cosmopolitan Properties, LLC is the Urban Resale Team made up of the best talent in Arizona. The focus of the Urban Resale Team is as the name suggests
the urban cores of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe and includes many of the landmark buildings like Third Avenue Lofts, Waterfront and Optima in Old Town Scottsdale. In Phoenix the Artisan Lofts on Central, Artisan Lofts on Osborn and Orpheum Lofts, Portland Place, Crystal Point, 2211, Summit at Copper Square, Century Plaza are some projects in the Central Phoenix, Mid-Town and Camelback corridors. Tempe has the Orchid House, Centerpoint Condominiums, Hayden Square, Edgewater, Regatta Point, Bridgeview and Hayden Square all close to or in the Mill Avenue District. Neighborhoods include Arcadia, Biltmore, Encanto, Willow, North Central, FQ Story, and Palmcroft in the Phoenix area, Scottsdale is Scottsdale North, McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch are a few of the neighborhoods that area a focus for the Urban Resale Team.

Featured on HGTV, Crel has been featured on HGTV’s popular show My Home Is Worth WHAT? as a real estate expert with host Kendra Todd. Crel will be filming new episodes for My Home Is Worth WHAT? in the near future, check back as we will post when the episodes will air. Crel has been on the leading edge of the Valley’s real estate market for over ten years and has shaped several of the Valley’s landmark communities. Before starting Cosmopolitan Properties, LLC Crel was Cambridge Properties’ Project Manager where he was directly involved with guiding Developers through successfully sales and marketing campaigns, consulting with Developers on product design for Urban In-Fill, Multi-Family and Mixed Use Developments in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe.

With experience earned at Artisan Homes Crel was hired to be a sales agent for Third Avenue Lofts while with Cambridge Properties. Crel’s talents were quickly recognized and he was tapped by Avenue Communities to develop Avenue Realty. While directing Avenue Realty Crel also managed the sales and marketing for Third Avenue Lofts and became a valuable team leader. Crel achieved the highest dollar amount per square foot for a new home developer in Arizona at $878 per square foot. Crel was instrumental in developing the sales and marketing campaigns for Centerpoint Condominiums in Tempe and the Venu and Edge condominium conversions at Grayhawk in Scottsdale. Crel was directly involved with the development of the Real.Life.Style program that help the Venu and the Edge sell for almost $100 dollars more per square foot than the new construction right across the street.

He began his career in residential resale and was quickly recruited by Eric Brown to join Artisan Homes’ development team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Crel successfully managed the sales and marketing campaign and sold Artisan Lofts on Osborn while assisting the buyers in the design their homes. Crel was also directly involved with the design of Artisan Commons, Artisan Parkview and Artisan Lofts on Central.
