Before starting Cosmopolitan Properties, LLC Crel was Cambridge Properties’ Project Manager where he was directly involved with guiding Developers through successfully sales and marketing campaigns, consulting with Developers on product design for Urban In-Fill, Multi-Family and Mixed Use Developments in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. While with Cambridge Crel was involved with: One Scottsdale: DMB Associates’ 1.5 Billion Dollar Mixed Use community in North Scottsdale WestGate: Ellman Companies’ 2 Billion Dollar Mixed Use community in Glendale Dakota at Camelback: Aslan’s 200 unit condominium conversion in Phoenix Mountain Canyon: SunVest’s 300 unit condominium conversion in Ahwatukee O4: Redwood Group’s 86 unit Multi-Family community in Phoenix Paragon: Paragon’s 22 story Mixed Use development in Tempe With experience earned at Artisan Homes Crel was hired to be a sales agent for Third Avenue Lofts while with Cambridge Properties. Crel’s talents were quickly recognized and he was tapped by Avenue Communities to develop Avenue Realty. While directing Avenue Realty Crel also managed the sales and marketing for Third Avenue Lofts and became a valuable team leader. Crel achieved the highest dollar amount per square foot for a new home developer in Arizona at $878 per square foot. Crel was instrumental in developing the sales and marketing campaigns for Centerpoint Condominiums in Tempe and the Venu and Edge condominium conversions at Grayhawk in Scottsdale. Crel was directly involved with the development of the Real.Life.Style program that help the Venu and the Edge sell for almost $100 dollars more per square foot than the new construction right across the street. While with Avenue Realty and Avenue Communities Crel was involved with: Centerpoint Condominiums: 500 Million Dollar Mixed Use development in Tempe Third Avenue Lofts: 80 Unit Soft Loft community in Old Town Scottsdale Venu and Edge at Grayhawk: 2 300 plus unit Condominium Conversions in North Scottsdale He began his career in residential resale and was quickly recruited by Eric Brown to join Artisan Homes’ development team as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Crel successfully managed the sales and marketing campaign and sold Artisan Lofts on Osborn while assisting the buyers in the design their homes. Crel was also directly involved with the design of Artisan Commons, Artisan Parkview and Artisan Lofts on Central. While with Artisan Homes Crel was involved with: Artisan Lofts on Osborn: 40 unit multi-family Soft Loft community in Phoenix Artisan Lofts on Central: 40 unit Mixed Use community in Phoenix Artisan Commons: 38 unit In-Fill community in Phoenix Artisan Parkview: 40 unit In-Fill community in Phoenix
